I stayed at Sabiya’s place with my friend and it was just perfect! It is a beautiful apartment with all amenities in place. It was spotless and was maintained really well. The locality is also quite peaceful and well connected with the tourist spots in Srinagar. Sabiya and her family were very kind and also sent apples from their garden for us. We had a friend who had a last minute plan to stay in Srinagar- the hosts were flexible enough to arrange for an extra mattress at a nominal cost for our last minute request. I’d highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a beautiful stay during your time in Srinagar.

We had a wonderful stay at Maskan in Srinagar! The apartment was spotless, spacious, and exactly as shown in the pictures. It was perfect for our family, especially with a toddler, as we had a fully equipped kitchen and all the comforts of home. The location is peaceful yet conveniently close to the airport, Lal Chowk, and other major attractions, making it easy to explore Srinagar. We accept cash (INR) and UPI for direct bookings.

Is there a minimum stay requirement?

There is no strict minimum. We accept short stays of 1–2 nights as well as extended stays of several months. For peak season (April–May, July–August), we recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks in advance.

What is the difference between a Studio and a 2BHK apartment?

Studio apartments (Noor 3A, Chinar 3B, Sukoon 3C) are loft-style units on the 3rd floor with a king-size bed, kitchenette, and bathroom — ideal for 1–2 guests, starting from ₹3,000 per night. The 2BHK apartments (Tarseel 1A, Nazm 1B, Posh 1C on the 1st floor and Bahaar 2A, Mehfil 2B, Gulab 2C on the 2nd floor) have 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen, private balcony, and living area — ideal for families of up to 4 guests (up to 6 in Mehfil with the convertible diwan), starting from ₹6,000 per night.

How many apartments are at Maskan, and on which floors?

Maskan has nine apartments across three floors. The 1st floor has three 2BHKs (Tarseel 1A, Nazm 1B, Posh 1C). The 2nd floor has three 2BHKs (Bahaar 2A, Mehfil 2B, Gulab 2C) — accessible by stairs only. The 3rd floor has three studios (Noor 3A, Chinar 3B, Sukoon 3C) — also stairs only. There is no elevator.

What amenities are included in every apartment?

All apartments include high-speed WiFi, free parking, inverter backup power, room-darkening blinds, bed linen, towels, iron, hangers, LCD TV, an RFID-controlled main gate, and CCTV in common areas. 2BHK units (1A, 1B, 1C, 2A, 2B, 2C) include a full kitchen, washing machine, and private balcony. Studio units (3A, 3B, 3C) include a kitchenette and king-size bed.
